The Steuben County Health Care Facility is a Licensed Nursing Home offering twenty-four hour Skilled Nursing Care and is both Medicare and Medicaid approved.  The facility admits without discrimination in any form on the basis of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, marital status, in any program or activity receiving any assistance or support from public money.

The Steuben County Health Care Facility gives preference to Steuben County residents desiring admissions.
